Limitations of Liability LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT WILL SKYHOUSE MEDIA, LLC'S LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OF SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (i) THE AMOUNT PAID TO SKYHOUSE MEDIA, LLC. BY YOU DURING THE SIX MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT THAT GIVES RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY, OR (ii) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). 10. Termination Termination.
